My name is Laura Liu,

...and I am so glad you decided to visit I-Yoga (pronounced ee yōɡə). We are a wellness program that draws on Yoga Sutras, Zen Buddhism, and Taoism to develop individualized yoga practices. Each source we employ has a specific role in the meditative and mindfulness aspect of developing the well-being of our practitioners to help calm their mind and their emotional state.

Certified Yoga Teacher with a Masters in Yoga Therapy and has traveled to India to learn traditional Yoga.
